Notes: I was a big ol' Pink Floyd/Roger Waters junkie in high school. This was actually drawn during college after my obsession had faded somewhat, but I was still interested enough to see what Roger Waters might look like as a comic book character. This was based on an old photo of him from the late 1960's, and is probably © some defunct British music magazine.
