Notes: I had tried to renew my driver's license online to avoid the very problem depicted in this drawing, but the post office randomly decided I didn't live at my house and returned my new driver's license to the DMV as undeliverable. I tried calling the DMV, but after several outright busy signals, when I finally got a ring and was dumped into the automated system, the DMV computer ultimately told me they were just too busy to talk to me and hung up. So I went to the damn DMV in person to re-renew my license and had to go through the whole waiting process, hence this sketch. I'm not bitter or anything.
